The emerald is GIA certified and is F1 Oiled (minor clarity enhancement) which is SUPER rare as most emeralds are F2 and F3 modified. There are some super minor inclusions on the stone as expected on a Green Columbian emerald, but this specific stone has the least that we have ever seen in an emerald and they are hardly noticable to the naked eye.
