Each earring has 12 natural brilliant round diamonds totaling approximately .61 tcw (1.22 total carat weight for the set).  They are Natural brilliant round diamonds that are G Color VS1 Clarity and Excellent Cut.  The fire and whiteness of these earrings are over the top!
The brilliant round diamonds are mounted in the highly sought after JAZZ Bezel Set settings in platinum and are properly hallmarked Tiffany & Co and PT950 for platinum.  In addition, the posts are marked T&Co. and PT950.  The earrings have the Tiffany & Co patented La Posette platinum locks - which are by far the most secure locks sold. 
 
These earrings weigh 4.9 grams of platinum.
